Sirius Sonic Skincare System

If you don't already own a Clarisonic brush and don't want to spend around $200 (it costs $195 for the Classic), or even $100 (for the Clarisonic Mia), then the Sirius Sonic is well worth considering. It does a creditable job with a few additional bells & whistles and you'll be getting the benefits of brushing your skin (a great way to gently exfoliate to remove dry skin, keep pores unclogged and breakouts at bay).
Marta reviews:
The Sonic should really be compared to the Clarisonic Mia - they are both cordless and come with a single speed. However, the Mia has only two brushes (normal and sensitive skin). The Skinsonic has two brushes (regular and sensitive), a toning attachment, and 2 foam heads for applying exfoliator and moisturizer. In my book, an exfoliator applicator is one of those things that you didn't know you needed because you didn't. Having said that, I tried it out with Your Best Face Prep and rather enjoyed the feel of it.
I found when I used the Skinsonic that it is pretty good. It definitely leaves my skin looking nicely polished. Against the Mia, I think it is doubtless the better option. A small thing, but it should be noted that Skinsonic's brushes are much easier to remove than Clarisonic's.
I don't believe that you'll get the same oscillating motion technology as the Clarisonic. Still, the Skinsonic's performance is good enough. It's much better than another low cost brush that I once tested, the Pretika. Your skin will benefit from it, you'll get a few extras over the basic Clarisonic, and you'll get a bargain to boot.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted with your Sonic you may return your products to Sirius within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
1-Year Warranty
Sirius Phototherapeutics will repair the product free of charge, for one year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. Repair service can be obtained during the warranty period by returning the product to Sirius.

What can I say... I LOVE this thing!
The regular brush is a little too much for my skin, so I use the sensitive one.. and OMG! I've been using it for a couple weeks now and my skin has never been so smooth and clear. I have next to no blackheads anymore and only suffer from hormonal breakouts... which I'm gonna need birth control to get rid of.
This is an awesome deal too.. when I have some extra money, my son wants one also.

After use for a full year, I can't recommend this product. The unit stopped working, so I contacted Siruis customer support literally ONE day after the one year warranty expired. I was told, because I contacted them ONE day after the one year warranty expired, that I would not be eligible for a replacement and no alternative was offered. Period, end of story. This leads me to believe that Sirius does not stand behind their products. I'm out $50 and a working device! And to think I initially bought this product to save money instead of buying the Clarisonic! Enjoy yours while it lasts. They're as cheap as they are for a reason! Buyer beware!

The Skinsonic has given me a reason to look forward to treating my face with a daily five to ten-minute spa experience. In a little less than two weeks of use, there is a huge difference in my skin, as it's now noticeably more even with far fewer blackheads (though they are not completely gone as of yet). Sirius-ly speaking, this is the best TIA purchase I've made to date!

Found the toning attachment to be my other favorite – it’s a nubby massager that I like to use with my moisturizer. It feels wonderful, like a gentle face massage. The other attachments I tried, bit I found myself wondering why I was using them and ended up preferring to apply my moisturizer by hand. The Sirius handle is small and manageable. It’s also battery operated, so no need to worry about recharging it when traveling.
After a few weeks, my skin looks and feels smoother. I am 36 with a good deal of sun damage and fine wrinkles, and am also 32 weeks pregnant. I have seen less of the delightful pregnancy-induced breakouts since I’ve been using the Sirius, and I will continue to use it throughout my pregnancy and beyond. It’s not the most powerful system I have tried, but I like it for everyday cleansing to keep my skin looking polished and bright.

I’ll turn 58 later this month and have skin that is prone to clogging and the occasional blackhead. I also have rough patches around the corners of my mouth.
It took me a few tries to adjust to using the Skinsonic, as I immediately pressed too hard and, in fact, cleansed with it for far too long the first time.
With its battery-fueled power supply, I find the cordless Skinsonic extremely convenient
I’ve used the Skinsonic twice per day with my facial cleanser for about six weeks now. I am very pleased with the results. It has lessened the occurrence of clogged pores and helped to eliminate those that were on my face at the beginning of this trial, although I still do occasionally have clogged pores. But they disappear much faster than before I began using the Skinsonic. For the past several years I had one recurring blackhead. The Skinsonic eliminated that blackhead, which hasn’t rematerialized. No other blackheads have appeared since using the Skinsonic.

I’m 45 and my skin began breaking out like a teenager. My skin was red, itchy and uncomfortable.
I started with the sensitive brush, as I was nervous the exfoliation might exacerbate the breakouts. Almost immediately, I could see (but mostly feel) the difference. After a couple weeks, I moved to the regular brush, which I’ve stayed with since. I haven’t even tried the other three brushes that come with the box. I haven’t needed to use them.
In the two months since I began using the Sirius Skinsonic, I’ve only had one breakout. Otherwise, my skin has been clear and smooth. My forehead no longer itches and my skin is soft to the touch.
It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s lightweight.
I’ve still got some fine lines around my eyes and my “puppet” lines haven’t receded. But overall I would definitely recommend this product.

I just bought the Skinsonic and I am very pleased with it. Serums and moisturizers take time to work, but the very first time I used this, I was impressed. I have a few (witchy) moles on my face and the skin nearby is difficult to cleanse without trauma, so I tend to get blackheads in those areas. They are not gone yet, but definitely minimized. Also my skin feels much smoother. I’ve been using the sensitive brush head to start with and it is very gentle.

Sirius also has a great customer service shall you ever have any issues with your Aurora. I contacted them myself and they promised to replace my faulty Aurora unit with a new one.
