Chella Brow Full-Fillment Eyebrow Treatment is an eyebrow growth and conditioning treatment. It has plenty of ingredients that are associated with hair growth and anti-aging such as Biotinoyl tripeptide, saw palmetto, amino acids, various algae and a couple of members of the vitamin B family.

Directions:
Dip the custom applicator into the Chella Brow Full-Fillment tube just once per brow and apply to clean, dry eyebrows. Using short strokes, apply the conditioner along your desired brow shape, concentrating on the area where you want to see fuller, healthier brows. Apply once daily before retiring and allow the treatment to absorb into the eyebrow before applying any additional creams or lotions.

Now, I have never had my eyebrows professionally groomed (anyone looking at them might say that this is woefully obvious). But having seen DeeDee (who, by the way, has the most extraordinary mane of copper-colored Botticelli curls) demonstrate her skills earlier this week at the Chella Brow Full-Fillment launch, I now get the point. You can, as DeeDee put it, "bring brows back to life".

The Chella Brow Full-Fillment Conditioning Treatment has very long list of ingredients. One of them is a peptide, Biotinoyl tripeptide-1, that also shows up in quite a few hair growth products. There are others that are also associated with hair growth such as saw palmetto, amino acids, various algae and a couple of members of the vitamin B family.
