LATHER Bamboo Lemongrass Foaming Body Scrub is made from sea algae and herbal extracts. It sloughs away dry skin, leaving skin soft and supple.
Scent: Invigorating citrus and herbal lemongrass.
Directions:
Apply to wet skin and rub in circular motions to work up a lather. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Not for use on the face. Suitable for all skin types.

As far as exfoliating goes, this scrub is very course and will slough off any dead skin you have. It was a little uncomfortable for me at first because it was so rough, but as you keep rubbing it into your wet skin, it starts to foam up and becomes gentler and easier to use. I especially enjoyed using it on my feet- the course texture was ideal for my rough heels and the added foam made them feel soft, supple, and clean.
Other key ingredients besides bamboo powder are sea algae and herbal extracts and almond proteins to nourish the skin and 'lift away impurities'. I definitely feel like my skin is improved a little after using this scrub. It was moisturized, soft, and lightly scented.
Speaking of the scent, it is one of my favorite things about this product. It smells heavily of lemongrass and makes my dorm bathroom feel like a spa.
I recommend this product for any other body scrub junkies out there looking for something unique. Try using it on your feet or before shaving your legs and underarms for a super-smooth, close shave.
