I am finding this rich body lotion very enjoyable to use and it is so hydrating that it almost lasts for two showers. I am not sure what is meant by fluff in the 'Fluff & Gold' appellation, but I can say that gold is the real deal (from German gold mines, no less). Gold is an anti-inflammatory and is used to reduce arthritis, so if you have aches and pains, Prana's body cream might even prove to be soothing. Gold is also an antioxidant and may minimize collagen depletion and boost elasticity.

The unctuous texture of Body Whip makes it an ideal cream for cooler and dryer weather. It almost requires massaging in, but the skin drinks it up and it doesn't leave any oily residue. The emollients are oils and butters from apricot, mango, shea (a natural moisturizing factor) and cocoa bean, which also provide antioxidants as well as nourishment. Aloe vera is also an antioxidant and studies have found that the pulp, used here, may prevent cancer.
