“All I can say is WOW!!!” This was the entirety of JustD’s review, left a couple of days ago for AQ Eye Serum ($99 in the shop). I guess that just about says all one needs to say. This reaction and that of many others who sent me emails or left comments, qualifies AQ’s Eye Serum as the 2012 Best Anti-aging Eye Cream in the Truth In Aging Best of 2012 Awards.

This eye serum by AQ significantly smoothes the under-eye area, lifts and firms the lids and makes my eyelashes grow! I have been using (almost every day) the same bottle since April. Which also makes it an incredibly good value.

Growth factors are at the cutting edge of anti-aging skincare. They signal the cells to do a myriad of things; including repairing wounds, stimulating collagen and glycosaminoglycan production, and inhibiting matrix degradation. They are not the only potent actives in AQ's Eye Serum though.

Two peptides that make up Matrixyl 3000 are here. This ingredient should be very complimentary to the growth factors as the peptides also encourage collagen synthesis. In addition, there are no less than three ingredients that are supposed to help de-puff the eyes.

OK, so AQ wins no prizes for packaging. After using my Eye Serum for six months, the bottle looks as if I hurled it over the balcony. The label is flaking away and the lid has broken in two places (I’m not even sure how). But at least my $99 is going to a product that truly works.
