Second to Revitol IMO, Murad's Firm and Tone Serum has immediate results.  I apply it and then use two rubber massage brushes on my hips, abdomen, legs and upper arms.  I have a relatively minor cellulite issues, but this gel goes to work immediately.

It assists drainage of fluids and reduces dimpling with cat's claw (uncaria tomentosa) as the active ingredient. It is supposed to be an anti-inflammatory that improves the circulation. There is also cayenne pepper for increasing circulation. Horse chestnut tree extract and tiger's herb restore firm, smooth skin.

Murad sells a 7 oz bottle for $75 and also has a professional size that is 16.9 oz that works out to be a pretty good deal.  I like being able to apply a generous amount and really work it in. I even use it on my neck and bust. It really firms things up fast.
