Directions:

I keep reading great things about Snowberry on Truth in Aging and so I asked - well, begged - to try one of these products. The straightforwardly named Nourishing Rich Day Cream is exactly and precisely what it says. For those of us in our 50s, this is a wonderful, effective, and very pleasant cream on its own or under makeup.
I especially liked the notion that rather than just moisturizing, this cream would have some protective and anti-aging (restorative) qualities. So far, I am delighted with it - it's been great to use even through bouts of summer weather, and though I can't yet truly evaluate the real anti-aging effects, it's an excellent, easily absorbed moisturizer and smoother. And while it is, indeed, a very rich cream, it is not at all greasy, and works just fine under makeup (critical for a day cream).
Several other reviewers have noted the company's attractive design and packaging, its admirable philosophies (both in product formulation and in environmental impact), and on its interesting and unique botanical product ingredients and formulations. I can only echo those comments here. Rich Day Cream is a very pleasant, thick-ish but not heavy, vanilla-colored cream in an easy-to-use pump; it has a faint vegetal scent, but nothing perfume-y.
Clearly it's Snowberry's heavy hitter day cream. So while I might use it less often in the summer weather, I suspect I'll reach for it constantly in the fall and winter. I'd still strongly recommend Rich Day Cream for those over 50. I also think it's worth a close look by anyone who has excessively dry skin or is contending with a very dry climate.

I am absolutely delighted with Snowberry Rich Day Cream, as well as Snowberry Lite Day Cream. I have found that in the summer months, the Lite cream is best suited to my needs, but the Rich Day Cream for the rest of the year.
Both have a light, fresh fragrance & absorb well, not leaving any greasy residue. A patient at work the other day asked whether I had recently had a facial, which I had not, but she was definite that my skin looked fresher & smoother.

This is a wonderfully moisturizing day cream which works extremely well under my makeup. (I don't have to use a primer.) It's especially nice for me to be able to use a rich moisturizer during the day which is not greasy or heavy or occlusive. Keeps my face evenly moisturized throughout the day, and keeps my T Zone from becoming oily. Love that it is great to wear even on the really hot and humid days in Florida.
