ClarityRX Get Fit Serum is a multi-peptide anti-aging treatment that dramatically reduces the signs of aging. Using a powerful combination of 6 age-defying peptides, this formula is perfect for those who want to dramatically combat fine lines and wrinkles while improving skin texture. This serum is perfect for those who want to see effective results without the use of heavy fillers or extraneous ingredients.

The hyaluronic acid immediately binds moisture to your skin, providing lasting hydration and instant plumping action, while the multitude of peptides tighten, firm, and smooth wrinkles. The serum is also responsibly sourced with concentrated, pharmaceutical-grade formulas to deliver a results oriented change. After cleansing, apply daily morning and evening. Sit back and see your skin get fit in front of your eyes.

Tested and reviewed for at least 30 days by Marta
In a recent Truth In Aging team meeting, we were discussing the new product pipeline and I remarked that Clarity RX Get Fit was a game changer. I don’t often use this term to describe the latest serum I am testing and everyone was more than a little surprised. As I came to write this review I had to sanity check myself, can Clarity RX really be called a game changer? Yes, it can.

Clarity RX Get Fit Multi-peptide Healthy Skin Serum is very much a Truth In Aging kind of product. It has six peptides, hyaluronic acid, seaweed and a couple of preservatives. That’s it. Basically, this is all about the heavy hitters with nothing extraneous. Indeed, Clarity RX promises that its products have “no extenders, fillers, [or] bulk ingredients.” Get Fit is a worthy example.

So what makes it a game changer? Well, I am astonished by the effect on wrinkles. As I often do when I start testing, I hone in one area so that I can isolate use of the product and get a good sense of whether it works on its own. The area I chose was my crow’s feet. I have been concerned that they were getting deeper and some cross-hatching was becoming noticeable. Clarity RX Get Fit has within 30 days actually diminished them.

I started to believe that results were tangible, although subtle, after about nine or ten days and I expanded my test to include my upper lip area and from lower lip to chin. I am seeing results there as well — some of the little grooves around my lips are definitely smaller. I also started to use the serum twice a day and, lo, accelerated the results.

Get Fit is a game changer in another sense, in that it has changed my thinking on a class of peptides known as neuropeptides. I have been a little skeptical about these since they arrived in anti-aging skincare as an ingredient called Argireline. These peptides are supposed to work on our neurotransmitters to inhibit the muscle movement that cause expression lines. To be brief, I wondered whether this peptide really worked since muscles do not become immobile in the way they do after a Botox injection. And if they did, wouldn’t the unused muscles atrophy? (You can read the longer version of these thoughts in my article Will Argireline Make My Skin Sag). And anyway, products with Argireline never seemed to yield much in the way of results

More recently, this class of peptides has become populated with new versions that little-by-little have begun to convince me as they work by different mechanisms. For example, Argireline works by blocking the release of acetylcholine. Whereas Syn-ake doesn’t block acetylcholine from its release, but from its uptake by the receptors. Syn-ake is deemed to be much more effective at reducing the frequency of muscle contractions.

Given the different mechanisms, it makes sense for a formula to hedge its bets and have, in the case of Get Fit, four available: Argireline, Syn-ake, pentapeptide-18 and SNAP-8. The two other peptides in the formula are collagen-boosting ones known as Matrixyl 3000.

There is no doubt that I will keep on using Clarity RX Get Fit Multi-peptide Healthy Skin Serum. I am interested to see if the results continue. I am also curious about the rest of this brand’s line. I certainly like their philosophy, which in their own words is about being responsibly sourced, safe and healthy, plant-based, results–driven, concentrated formulas, pharmaceutical grade ingredients. Game over.

I've been using Clarity Rx for 2 months in the AM only, followed by my moisturizer. I absolutely LOVE this serum, maybe my favorite facial product ever. I see the most improvement in my overall firmness. It almost seems to have smoothed out some nastiness at my jawline. My skin looks and feels a bit more taut. I stopped using it for 4 days and I could swear that I saw a difference. Once I started using it again, my jawline looked better. I might see a slight improvement in my fine lines, but that's not as evident as the seemingly improved elasticity, which is quite impressive. I will definitely continue using this serum, and plan to order before I run out!

Love this -- on my second bottle. We also use it for family burns and super chapped lips.

I just received my ClarityRx Get Fit, and am excited and hopeful for good results! I am wondering if this product can be layered with a growth factor serum? If so, which product should I apply first? The products have a similar consistency. Thanks TIA!

Nice serum with peptides. My skin does well with peptides. I use this in the AM only and a more intense regimen at night.

Hi Kara, this serum does have hyaluronic and is fairly moisturizing. If your skin is on the dry side, you can layer a moisturizer over it.

I am ordering my second bottle. It is really nice and quite a bit cheaper than Medik8 Firewall, which I also use and love. ClarityRX does not break out my skin; I am very sensitive to oils in products. I can tell it is working but because I am using it in tandem with other products it is hard to tell specifically what it is doing. Other products include Dr. Gross extra strength peel pads and retinol/ferrulic acid pads.

I want to thank Jesssica for taking the time to explain her routine as regards layering products. Some nights I just feel overwhelmed by the whole procedure and whether I'm helping or hurting my skin that I only cleanse and moisturize! Retinols, peptides, AHAs...yikes. Jessica, now I can refer back to this review when I'm ready to throw in the "washcloth"!!

after reading all the glowing review, I ordered the Rx serum. i treated my marionette lines for 16 days and felt, my skin was more hydrated. Unfortunately, my skin reacted with redness and itching. I might have a more sensitive skin, but I think, the serum worth a try

I've already submitted a review on ClarityRX Get Fit Serum, but forgot to give it a 'star-rating'--I'm giving it 5 stars!! I DID want to also comment on a quick comparison of two highly reviewed TIA "face filler alternatives". While both contain the controversial preservative phenoxyethanol, they ALSO seem to have VERY similar ingredients. In looking at ClarityRX Get Fit Serum ($105.75 in the shop for 1.7 ml) and Benir Beauty BV Platinum Provectus Super Serum ($195.00 in the shop for 1.7 ml), they both contain seaweed extract and hyaluronic acid. They both contain approximately five neuropeptides and Tetrapeptide-3 (Matrixyl 3000). I have NOT tried the more expensive of the these two products, so I cannot speak to how well it might work for me. However, I continue to love ClarityRX Get Fit Serum.

When I submitted my first comment, I had not started using DDG Skincare Original Alpha Beta Peel pads and it's 'sister' product, DDG Skincare Alpha Beta Medi-Spa Peel. Between adding these product to my skin care regimen and continuing to use ClarityRX Get Fit Serum, I continue to see improvement in especially my worst/deepest wrinkles: forehead expression lines & a deep line around my left bottom lip.

I did want to add that when applying ClarityRX Get Fit Serum: I cleanse and tone my face with my "oldie but goodies" with glycolic acid salicylic acid, et al, use the DDG Skincare Alpha Beta Peel product (depending on which day of the week--6 days for the Alpha Beta Peel packets and Day 7--Medi-Spa) and then I apply my Vitamin B and Vitamin C products to my face, eyes (Sciote Vitamin C for eyes), and neck. I then put the ClarityRX Get Fit Serum over my cleansed face (including the DDG product--I use in the a.m.), with the Vitamin products I use (a.m. AND p.m.). I know that I always wonder WHERE in the application process a new potential product might be helpful to different users.

Like many who have raised the question about the long-term effects of neuropeptides topically, I've not seen anything (yet) in the literature about harmful effects. Unfortunately, MOST (not all) long-term effects in the medical literature are usually (not always) reported at the five-year mark (unless there is a huge short-term danger)--so it may take some time for scientists to gather either enough reports and/or to research the longer-term relationship to the use of these products and any issues that may make the consumer re-think their usage of these products.

I'm am very distractible with my skin care regimen. Even when I am happy with my results I am always looking to try something that might be even better. When I read Marta's review calling this a game changer, I could hardly wait to try it myself. And now that I have, I am very happy - and amazingly, for the moment I am not interested in trying anything else. It is smoothing bunny lines that I had totally given up on. My marionette lines are shallower and all my smile lines are just gone unless I'm actually smiling!

Hi Sherri, as I say in the review this class of peptides has become populated with new versions that little-by-little have begun to convince me as they work by different mechanisms. For example, Syn-ake reduces the frequency of muscle contractions, it doesn't eliminate them. Therefore, since muscles aren't immobilized, I would think atrophy unlikely. Another thought, if you remain concerned, would be to use it every other day so that muscle action reverts on the alternate days.

Hi Marta, I share your previous concerns about possible muscle atrophy. I can see how very selective use of Botox on certain muscles only, can potentially be beneficial. But the last thing I want is overall facial muscle atrophy. How have your thoughts changed on this point?

I saw improvement in my DEEP forehead lines in THREE DAYS--using it both a.m. and p.m. T'he QUANTITY of the product for the price ($105 for 1.7 ml) AND it's amazing effects make this a TIA stand-out! No discernible scent, good slip (it's a light gel), FOUR 'neuropeptides' + 2 collagen-boosting peptides--all definitely make this a product that is solving my problem VERY QUICKLY. It's ONE 'con' is the preservative phenoxyethanol.

This should be a great Texas Summer Serum...I was surprised at how liquid / thin this is...almost wasted some on my hand...think I will use my glass dish (small glass dish that I dispense the more liquid products into and then apply from there) as I do not wish to waste any of this !! So far so good. Really looking forward to using this and love the fact that it can be used with other products since this is so neutral

Thanks Marta! Should the DDG Triple peptides be applied last, after the ClarityRX?

  • Marta

Hi Dawn, I would say that it is fine to use with the DDG Triple Peptide. If you decide to add retinol to your regimen, you should do so at night and either just use ClarityRX in the mronings or wait 15 mins or so after applying retinol, and before applying the ClarityRX.

    Hi Marta,
I just received my order of this product yesterday and am very excited to begin using it. What other types of products can I use this with? For example I am using Dr. Dennis Gross Triple C Peptide Firming Oil and was looking to add a retinol like Dr. Dennis Gross Ferulic and Retinol Moisturizer but I'm not sure if this is two much and what order to use them? Thanks!!

Hi Shalini, it is both. I've seen my wrinkles diminish and peptides that inhibit expression lines are by definition preventative.

Marta, I want to thank you for recommending ClarityRX Get Fit Serum for my implacable forehead expression lines. I'm a HUGE fan of the Truth Vitality Lux AND of MitoQ. But, using these two products along with MANY other great TIA products have been fantastic for decreasing my "eleven", neck, crows feet, under-eye & nasolabial lines, I was STILL not making as much progress on my forehead expression lines.

You suggested adding ClarityRX Get Fit Serum to the Truth Vitality Lux and MitoQ as the 'heavy hitters' for treating my nearly 20-year old problem.

I've noticed that several readers question the order in which to layer great skin care products. Marta, your answers to my questions about this topic helped me too!! I wash/tone my face w/ AHA/glycolic acid products, use your Truth Vitality Lux (red LED), spray a bit of Sevani's Rose Tonique or Complexion Corrector on, and then apply the ClarityRX Get Fit Serum FIRST. I'm an ardent user of Vitamin C on my eyes, neck, & face (& B for skin/neck) in both a.m. and p.m. But, I apply my vitamins AFTER the Clarity RX. Depending on whether it's morning or evening, I add the additional products I'm going to use (usually either YBF's Defend in the a.m. or Restore in the p.m.) and finish up with MitoQ--face/forehead, neck, even my eyes (I DO use different a.m. & p.m. eye creams too--but I add MitoQ over my other eye creams).

This product has been an ABSOLUTE GAME-CHANGER FOR ME!! I NEVER thought I'd see a decrease in my DEEP forehead expression lines. I cannot wait to see how ClarityRX Get Fit Serum performs after more than a few days!! THANK YOU Marta for bringing this fantastic product to TIA AND for personally answering my questions about which product might 'fix' my problem. Lastly, I'm appreciative of your time explaining to me how to best utilize the ClarityRX Get Fit Serum with your other 'heavy hitters' !!

Hi Ha, this isn't an eye serum, it is for the face. I used it on my crow's feet, which are periorbital lines. I wouldn't use it on the lids. I did not need a moisturizer on the crow's feet area, but on the lip lines I did.
