Thank you for the Arcona Pumpkin Lotion 10% ($35 in the shop). I was thrilled when it arrived. The packaging, while attractive, is similar to many spa lotion tubes: an opaque container with a brushed silver top. But really what's important are the ingredients, right? The light pink creamy lotion is plentiful with natural ingredients, and infused with 10% glycolic acid, pumpkin extract, and an assortment of oils.
Arcona Pumpkin Lotion 10% is creamy to the touch with a strong scent of clove oil. Being a person who is not very fond of scents, I didn't really like it, though it did grow on me after a while.
I felt the absorption rate could have been better. It left a slight film on my skin. As far as improving tonal and elastic quality to my skin. I didn't see any dramatic change. It claims to regenerate and repair sun-damaged skin. Again, I didn't see noticeable results. I used 80% of the bottle (over the course of 5 weeks, 2x daily) and applied it to skin that was cleansed using a Clarisonic device. All in all, it is a decent lotion which I would place in the middle of the pack.
My age is 56. I have fair skin that has seen quite a few sunny days, but is still youthful. Personally, I would look further for a lotion that better fits my needs.
