All my life I have always been concerned with what goes into my body, but I was never really as concerned as to what goes onto my body until I came across TIA. It is here that I have learned the TRUTH about beauty products and the importance of this growing knowledge.

A little over a month ago, I was sent a cream called Avitalin Vitality Phytocell Complex ($68).  I was thrilled to find that Avitalin, the company behind this product, cares about what women put onto their skin and that their philosophy is simple.  They claim to make nutrient-rich formulas that utilize advanced anti-aging technology and that contain no harmful chemicals. It was as if this cream was made for me.  The cream is made with a PhytoCell Technology that promises to combat chronological and environment aging with three unique and powerful ingredients that include plant derived stem cells, colostrum and helichrysum extract.  The benefits of these ingredients will:

*Provide amino acids and growth factors needed for the skin vitality

*Nourish and straighten outer most layer of the epidermis

*Improve elasticity and increase a  moisture level

*Promote blood and oxygen circulation instantly to enhance skin cell metabolism

and re-growth

*Visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

It sounds wonderful, but would this cream live up to its claims?  Well, I am nearing my 50th birthday and live in Colorado, so the winter months can fluctuate from severely cold weather to semi warm weather.  These factors can really take a toll on my skin, however, this cream has kept me flake-free and glowing.  The texture is a silky whipped consistency that absorbs directly into my dry skin.  It layers nicely under makeup or worn alone.  I feel it is priced reasonably at $68, because a little goes a long way.  As far as the claims go I did feel that it improved my elasticity and increased my moisture level and yes it did visibly reduce the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles above and between my brows.  With continued use I hope to see this cream further fight my visible signs of damage, especially on my middle cheek area, and aging.  I hope to see my skin well nourished, deeply hydrated with a smooth and glowing appearance to my skin.

I would recommend this product especially to those health conscience minded people who desire beauty products that are all natural and that claim to nourish the skin’s protective barrier, improving the overall health of the skin, and preserve the skin’s youthful appearance with long-lasting results. I also love the fact that Avitalin does absolutely no animal testing. Another factor that is near and dear to my heart.

Ingredients: Aloe barbadensis (aloe) juice, Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, Camellia sinensis (green tea) extract, Euterpe oleracea (acai berry) extract, Glycyrrhiza glabrafrom (licorice root) extract, Malus domestica (PhytoCellTec™) extract, embryonic phyto complex, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate, cetyl palmitate, sorbitan palmitate,  Olea europaea (olive) oil, stearic acid, xanthan gum, Salix nigra (black willowbark) extract, fragrance (essential oils).
