I've been using Belli Acne Clearing Facial Wash for a few months now, and I gotta say, I love it! When I saw a giveaway for this product in Truth in Aging's newsletter, I jumped at the chance to try it. I know that it's technically designed for pregnant women, but I think all that means is that the formula is safe and clear of chemicals that might affect a baby in utero. I have no plans to get pregnant any time soon and still Belli has completely transformed my skin.

Usually my face-washing ritual is annoying. I have to use one face wash for a week, then switch brands because my skin breaks out after I use the same one for a certain period of time. I've never used one cleanser for much longer than a few weeks. That all changed with Belli.

I was introduced to Belli acne wash at the beginning of the summer and I have been using it since. I love the soft texture and non-chemical smell. Sometimes I leave it on my face for a few minutes as a mask. Whether applied as a mask of as a regular cleanser, Belli has gotten rid of my lingering forehead and chin acne.

I was so amazed at how clear my skin suddenly has become that I wondered if it was hormonal or some other external cause. And so, last week I did a test and experimented with a different face wash. Sure enough, my skin broke out. I immediately switched back to Belli and my skin cleared up within 2 days.

Also, I've noticed that it doesn't dry out my skin, which is common in cleansers with salicylic acid. I think the 7% lactic acid is gentler than salicylic but really gets the job done. And the other natural ingredients like green tea and cucumber extract make my skin feel healthy. I would go so far as to say my skin is looking its best ever thanks to Belli!

Active Ingredients: Lactic Acid 7%

I've ordered it! I'm prone to break-outs, not daily but periodically. I'd like to have a good acne wash to add to my must have cleanser collection. Thanks so much for your post & recommendatation Cha!
