Let it not be said that I can’t admit when I am wrong. I was initially very skeptical of Edward Jackowski’s approach to exercise in his first book Hold It You’re Exercising Wrong, which can be summed up as choosing the right exercises for your body shape. Then I found that by following some of his advice I had, indeed, escaped my shape (the title of his second book). At the age of 50, this seemed nothing short of miraculous and so I was intrigued by Mr Jackowski and wanted to know more about his unique theories about exercise and body shape. So, I asked him if could interview him for our YouTube channel. He graciously agreed and gave us – and Hilary Clinton, Beyonce and Cameron Diaz – workout advice that will help us all escape our shape.
