Glamotox: Botox in a jar

Is a Solution for:
Sagging Skin

Another British super cream (see here for a post on Boots No7 Restore & Renew) is beginning to grab American headlines. Although, this time, with less justification.

Glamotox is the latest cream to be better than Botox. It will retail in the US for $150. Glamotox is made by Rodial, a company backed by a wannabe celebrity called Maria and her investment banker husband. The two main ingredients in Glamotox are hyauronic acid and Acetyl Hexapeptide-3.

There is nothing original about either of them. Hyauronic acid is usually injected as a filler and is derived from rooster combs. It is in numerous products: for a few examples click here. Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 temporarily freezes muscles and is the active ingredient in creams such as Freeze 24.7.
