I’m 48 years old and have very dry skin. I’m a redhead with freckles, so combating dryness and wrinkles is a daily challenge. The damage done by the sun as I was growing up is now reflected in my face. I tested the Innarah Daily Moisture Crème ($225). I used it in the morning and am quite happy with it. Honestly, it’s hard to see differences when you look in the mirror at your face everyday. What makes me think it must be working is when people tell me “your skin looks really good”, which is what a few of my friends said the last couple weeks. One friend asked me if I had “done anything” which is a pretty telling statement, in my opinion.
I have used Crème’ De La Mar for years until I faced the fact that it has silicones in it. Because of that, I’ve been on the quest for a cream with better ingredients to replace it. The Innarah Cream is definitely a contender. The product goes on a little thick but quickly sinks right in. I’m one for thick creams though; it can’t be too thick or rich enough for me. I’ve been told by facialists that I have very dehydrated skin, and this cream definitely kept my skin hydrated and the little lines did seem to become less noticeable. Whether it brightened and/or tightened my skin, I really can’t tell. The smell was lovely and I didn’t experience any problems with any of the ingredients. No breakouts or redness or anything like that.
The only downside is the price. It’s up there as far as creams go. But I think I will buy it since I have spent that much before on creams with ingredients that are less than natural. The ingredients in the Innarah Cream are actually quite impressive, and that’s the reason for the price. All in all, I definitely recommend it if you have dry and/or dehydrated skin.
