I just completed a 4-week treatment trial using Juice Beauty's Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer ($65) twice a day (morning & night) after cleansing and toning and the overall results were OK, but nothing significantly better than what I have experienced with other anti-aging creams.

The jar's air pump dispensing technology is slick and I loved being able to dispense just the right amount of product very easily without the possibility of any bacterial contamination and  compromising the product's proper chemistry.

In comparing before and after photos, I noticed a slight improvement with plumping up my mid to lower jaw area so that the folds when I smile are not as pronounced, which I was very pleased to see!  No change on my forehead lines, around the eyes, or the furrows between the brows, unfortunately.  Since I have always used professional and prestige skincare products on a consistent basis (I am a licensed esthetician and product junkie), I always am striving to find the best products that deliver incredible results – always searching for the “holy grail.”  I was disappointed that I did not experience any noticeable improved changes with my skin's texture or tone.  But this could be due to the fact that it may take longer extended use of the product before substantial results are seen.  Plus, being 50 years old, I have more aging challenges than a younger person.  My skin type is combination/blemish prone/wrinkled and sensitive, and this skin type in general can be more susceptible to aging & damaged skin.

According to Dr. Ronald Moy, a professor at UCLA's School of Medicine, stem cell technology is "too good to be true".  Stem cells need to  be alive to function and are too unstable in any cream.  Dr. Jeanette Graf, a well-known dermatologist, also agrees and feels that they're "just a buzzword for now".  Obviously, whomever developed this product for Juice Beauty has done their homework and would I'm sure steadfastly argue this point.  It would be interesting to find out more information from Juice Beauty regarding their research and development and test studies.

I love the fact that this product is organic, contains fat soluble Vitamin C and is free from parabens, propylene and butylene glycols, petroleum, sulphates, PEGs, TEA, DEA, phthalates, GMO, silicones, pesticides and artificial dyes.  It does contain natural fragrances from plant oils and has a very distinct lemony fragrance upon application, which I wasn't real keen on.  But, it does dissipate fairly quickly, which was good.

With having sensitive skin, I do prefer using skincare products for use on the face, neck and décolletté that are fragrance-free.  I do react to fragrance oftentimes with breakouts, and I did experience a few minor breakouts while using this product.  The product, however, has good consistency, feels good on the skin and seemed to moisturize quite well, so I would recommend its use for younger skin, but would not recommend it for aging, older and mid-life skin with the goal of seeing and feeling measurable results of improvement.  While it seemed to help plump up my skin somewhat, it did nothing to reduce my lines and I did not experience enhanced radiance or a glow, like I was hoping to.
