Korres Shea Butter Lip Balm- reviewed and recommended
Korres is big on natural ingredients. The Shea Butter Lip Balm is perfect for those who don't want chemicals on their lips. It's free of parabens, mineral oil, silicone, propylene glycol and ethanolamine. It's actually loaded with good oils, mostly vegetable-based like castor oil and soybean oil, and some safe waxes like carnauba, which is derived from the leaves of native Brazilian plants. It's used only because of its hypoallergenic and emollient properties. I know, it sounds kinda weird, wax, but I assure you it's safe! Just like the beeswax used! Obviously there's shea butter in the lip balm, which, as you know, hydrates, conditions and softens. The only weird thing here is parfum (fragrance), the very last ingredient used and quite unusual because there's no fragrance to the lip balm really.
It's cold here in Poland, so the lip balm (I actually did not pack any) was convenient to the wind! I think what would have made this lip balm 100 percent perfect is the addition of SPF but let's not get too picky. The other highlight that makes it a steal? It's only six dollars. So if you're not flying Delta BusinessElite over to Europe, get one on the site. Fall is just around the corner, after all!
