La Isha Orange-Coconut Skin Polish

Is a Solution for:
Dull Skin, Oily Skin

I was the lucky recipient of La Isha’s  Orange-Coconut Skin Polish.  This lovely skin polish is a delight to use, mostly because it smells incredibly delicious and you are very tempted to eat it. The ingredients are so simple and pure - sugar, coconut oil, vitamin E, Rosemary, Neem, Sweet Orange, and Pomegranate – that it probably wouldn’t hurt you if you did.

Unlike other sugar scrubs that I have tried in the past this one isn’t soaked in oil. In fact, it has a much drier consistency and almost feels like a puddy. I actually prefer this over the super oily ones that end up making a slippery mess in your shower or tub. And even though the sugar crystals aren’t soaking in a tub of oil, it still manages to leave your skin moist, hydrated and glowy.

On the downside, the sugar crystals are very light and gentle and melt away quickly. I prefer a more rigorous scrub when I’m exfoliating my body. But when I checked out La Isha's site it said that this skin polish can safely be used on your face, lips and under the eyes.  I didn’t try it on my sensitive facial skin, but I could imagine with very light touch it might be gentle enough for the face. Which makes me wonder, if something is gentle enough for my under eye skin, is it really going to be effective at scrubbing away the rough skin on my arms and legs?

For a true body exfoliation my favorite is still the little Korean mitts, which work wonders on dead skin. La Isha’s skin polish is more of sweet pampering experience, that smells amazing and leaves your skin nice and hydrated, if not fully scrubbed and freshly polished.

Sucrose (Sugar), Cocos nucifera (Virgin Coconut) Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) oleoresin, Azadirachta indica (Neem) Oil, organic Citrus sinenses (Sweet Orange), organic Punica granatum (Pomegranate)

Thank you Kim, for your "glowing" review!

I'm sorry that you didn't try our wonderful Orange-Coconut Skin Polish on your face because it is actually formulated especially for facial use! That's why the label reads that it is gentle enough to use on lips and even under the eyes.

We do have many customers who also use our Orange-Coconut Skin Polish all over their bodies because they like to steer clear of hard ingredients like crushed walnut shells and apricot seeds, and prefer not to use a salt-based exfoliant after they shave because it stings.

Please go ahead and try it on your face!...and do let us know how you like it! We look forward to your feedback!

Wishing you the blessings of good health and timeless beauty,
