Recommended as a rich moisturizer for dry, calloused feet

I’m always looking for something to smooth my feet after winter; wearing closed-toe pumps and boots during the winter months leaves the skin on my feet dry and calloused. I can never seem to find shoes that are the right fit. As a result, I’m left with corns on my toes. When I was asked to try LATHER Lavender & Eucalyptus Foot Creme ($18), I was more than happy to give it a try – though I was more interested in the LATHER Eucalyptus Foaming Foot Scrub with Pumice ($18).

This cream is green in color and smells strong, which I don’t mind since you don’t smell it after you put on socks. I targeted my heels and massaged it in as much as I could. The cream is pretty rich and doesn’t absorb fully into the skin – no matter how much I massaged e – so it was impossible to use in the morning. I used it at night before wearing cotton socks to bed.

Thanks to LATHER’s foot cream, my heels are softer and most of the callouses are gone. I also tried it on the corns on my toes, but it didn’t really do anything for them. I am still looking for any cream to work on those... I don’t like to use the corn patches sold in drugstores as those leave my toes looking even uglier.

The ingredients in the LATHER foot cream are impressive: lavender, eucalyptus, sage and arnica, claimed to stimulate the feet and increase circulation. It also has seaweed extract and aloe vera, which helps soften the skin. The product is also paraben free.

For the price of $18 for a 4-oz jar, this cream does what it claims to do and I would recommend it to anyone looking to soften their heels.
