I was very excited to try the Ling New York DNA DoNotAge Cellular Youth Extension ($95), with its “innovative and potent anti-aging formula to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.”

My 64-year-old skin is in pretty good shape (thanks to TIA), but anything to help slow down those pesky wrinkles is welcomed. My skin is pretty average – not dry or oily – but after a very long winter, it had started taking on a sallow and almost dull look.

I used this product as a moisturizer, as per the instructions, on a clean face and neck, every morning and night for 30 days. There was still enough in the jar for an additional two weeks.

It went on smoothly, felt great (not heavy at all), and has a slight fragrance that quickly fades. The first thing I noticed was the improved tone of my skin. After about two weeks, it looked pinker, and a bit brighter.

Unfortunately, I noticed very little change in the appearance of lines and wrinkles, but (again) the overall tone and texture of my skin improved quite a bit. The yellowish tint is completely gone; my skin looks younger, healthier, and feels fabulous.

This product is only one part of the LING Complete Skin Care Regimen, which has four steps. Perhaps with the entire regimen, the change would be more dramatic. As a stand-alone moisturizer, I would consider it to be more of a “texturizer” and probably wouldn’t purchase it alone for $95.

However, if money were no object, I would immediately purchase the entire skin regimen. I believe the healthy ingredients and Teprenone (recognized with a Nobel Prize for its ability to help skin appear healthier looking and younger-acting) would only continue to improve my skin, inside and out.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Teprenone, Polyacrylate 13, Polyisobutene, Polysorbate 20, Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin
