A very pleasant hydrating lip balm that heals dry lips with natural manuka honey

Makes cracked, rough lips soft and smooth again

by Denise

My tube of Living Nature Manuka Honey Lip Balm ($17.50) could not have come at a better time.  I have been using it for about four weeks now, and I love it, love it, love it. I am 61 years old with dry skin. I live in the Midwest with the sub-zero cold and snow. So, needless to say, the winters are really hard on my skin. My lips are no exception to this, but thanks to the manuka lip balm, they are soft and smooth again.

I really like the light, creamy texture; it is not at all sticky or greasy feeling. The balm goes on and stays on — it does not smear all over. This balm is light enough to wear under lipstick, and it actually makes your color last longer. If I wear it alone, it gives my lips a nice, healthy shimmer and a younger look overall!

The manuka honey is a natural healer, and heal it does. It has healed my dry, cracked, rough lips. The first time I put it on, my lips felt better. I could feel and see that they were being hydrated. I am really trying to do this aging thing gracefully, but it is hard fighting Mother Nature. This lip balm has helped me with my battle, and I keep it with me at all times. Now, if only this could be made into a lotion that I can slather my face and body in!
