An item that I picked up at a grocery store in Australia is Natural Instinct Foaming Facial Cleanser. The brand is everywhere, really (it's kind of like the Johnson & Johnson in the US) but, once again, purely organic. In fact, the store clerk?who lead me to the section featuring Australia made products? was genuinely optimistic about the line (he even used it himself). This was incredibly striking to me as the packaging was simply a white bottle with blue text... nothing really engaging. I couldn't help but think: In America, this is the kind of stuff you would find in the sale bin at a $1 store.

But, alas, I never judge a book by its cover (ish) and this book was absolutely thrilling to read.
The natural, herbal scent is quite invigorating and, when applied, a soft lather kisses your face. The coco betaine is derived from coconut fatty acids, and substantially present, in addition to coconut pulp extract. There's also aloe juice, sea salt, suttocide (a derivative of sugar cane), lavendar oil, citric acid, aloe gel, jojoba oil, rose hip oil, vitamin E, grape seed extract and organic blend of herbs: nettle, chamomile, burdock, rose hip, horsetail and lavender extract. It's an herbal goodie bag, and all the oils are 100% pure.

The brand takes pride in being as organic and earth conscious as it gets: no animal testing, recyclable bottle, ph Balanced and no sodium lauryl sulphate, petroleum, artificial fragrances, artificial colors, harsh detergents, animal derivatives or harmful chemicals.

My friend has actually been using it twice a day, so it looks like I'll have to get another. Another good thing about this product? It's about $6 for a 4.2 fl oz bottle.

If this wouldn't cost more to ship purchasing online, I'd buy it in a NY minute. It sounds perfect. How many bottles y'think you gonna bring home with you?? ~jk
