Malie Organics Plumeria Body Cream

I've just recently started packing my own body lotion when I travel. Sure, I have to check my bag (I generally always check it) but I can't depend on the lotions provided in hotels. They're almost always packed with mostly emollients and chemicals, so it's nice to know this is what you don't get with Malie Organics Plumeria Body Cream ($24). In fact, all of Malie's body creams are organic (70% of the ingredients are produced on their own farms—pesticide free!).

The newest body cream from Malie is ultra moisturizing and quite rich in substance. I love it as much as I love some of their other products (body polish, right, Marta?)

I love the scent, Plumeria, basically frangipani, which is more on the feminine side but not too much that males shouldn't use it. If anything, the scent is quite refreshing, uplifting and invigorating. Plumeria is widely abound in Hawaii (where the company originates), so the scent is almost everywhere as the breeze brings the scent all over the islands (how nice is THAT??).

I can trust Malie Organics Body creams to completely moisturize without getting icky ingredients on my skin. They never use petroleum, mineral spirits, sulfates or parabens, ensuring all their ingredients are actually nurturing. I love the aloe vera and chamomile, as well as the oils involved. The great thing about the ingredients is that their grown from pure Hawaiian hydrosols, floral waters that capture every element of the plant and all its benefits at the molecular level.

Ingredients:

Organic aloe barbadensis leaf (aloe vera) juice; aqueous extracts of organic chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower, zingiber officinale (awapuhi ginger) root and spirulina maxima, organic carthamus tinctorius (safflower seed oil, capric/caprylic triglycerides (coconut), cetearyl alcohol (palm), stearic acid (mixed plants), cetaearyl glucoside (sugar), glyceryl stearate (coconut), organic simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, lecithin (soy), aleurites moluccana seed oil (kukui), glycerinn (vegetable), tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), fragrance, xanthan gum (tree bark), phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin.

This sounds really nice, and the price is not too expensive either!

I love the smell of plumeria. I have some coconut oil with the fragrance of plumeria and I sniff it during the day when I need a lift.
