MenScience is an established company that caters to guy’s skincare and grooming.  The latest addition to their line is MenScience Facial Tone Enhancer, a combination moisturizer and bronzer that includes some anti-aging ingredients.

Men’s moisturizers are nothing new, but this one is different since it contains natural mineral pigments that also provide a light touch of color.  Before you begin to conjure up thoughts of the Jersey Shore cast, the idea here is subtle.  There is even a very brief video (33 seconds) on the MenScience website that demonstrates a guy using it and it gives a before and after.  The product leaves a matte finish and just a touch of color.

I’ve used this now for a few weeks and I have to say that the addition of light color has given my pale skin a bit of a boost.  Following directions, I applied sparingly to a clean, dry face using just a small dab and ensuring I applied evenly.  Although I’ve never previously used any type of bronzer, this is first a moisturizer, which did its job.  On the lower end of the ingredient list are CoQ10, peptides and hyaluronic acid which are a nice addition to a moisturizer.  Priced at $27 for 1.7oz, this could be the product to give your face a healthy glow without the effects of tanning.
