I am a 50+ woman who is “blessed” with European, frizzy, curly unmanageable hair. My hair is also color treated and dry.

I tried Nama Weightless Moisture Shampoo ($12) and Daily Nourishing Conditioner ($12), because it is said to be moisturizing and appears to have wonderful ingredients “powered by nature.” While I was hoping to see an improvement in the condition of my hair, I honestly did not see much of a difference.

When using the shampoo, my hair did not feel luxurious. Instead, it felt dry as I was shampooing. Even when wet, my hair felt dry (if you can understand that) and when dry, my hair felt a bit softer – but only comparable to other products that I have used. After repeated use of this duo, I still did not see much of a difference, so I’m guessing it might not show terrific results for my hair type.

Perhaps these products would be better suited for hair types that are slightly less dry or normal – it might also work better for hair that is not color processed. The pros are that there are really terrific, natural ingredients in this product, so if you have oily, or normal to slightly dry hair, you might want to give this a try.

After using both products, I am sorry to say that I did not find that my hair was much better than when I began.
