Nurture My Body Volumizing Shampoo

Is a Solution for:
Oily Hair, Thinning Hair & Shedding, Dry or Brittle Hair

What is it? A shampoo that strengthens and boosts volume.

For people with: Fine, limp hair.

Recommended use: Apply to wet hair, working up a rich lather. Massage scalp gently but firmly with fingertips and rinse well.

TIA recommends for people in: 20+

Highlights: Both Shyema and Marta loved what the shampoo did for their hair, though their hair types are dramatically different. Shyema's long brunette hair immediately felt softer and stronger, with none of the usual summer frizz that she is used to having to maintain. Marta noticed a positive change in the natural wave of her short blonde hair and started seeing more of her brighter hair color of years past.

Kelly Tirman says: I have used the shampoo and it worked so well that it replaced my old favorite!

Complaints: n/a

Ingredients we love:

Marta loved that there was a high dose of coltsfoot, a powerful antioxidant, according to Korean and Chinese research.  And, she was pleased to find that the included chickweed would help those with itchy, troubled scalps by soothing inflamed skin diseases such as eczema and related dermatitis. Shyema also liked the horsetail and lemongrass oil, which is supposed to contribute to volumizing.

Ingredients we don’t: This product has an EWG rating of zero, which means that it's sulfate-free and determinedly lacking anything of controversy, something we are pretty happy with!

Retail Price: $25

Bottom line: This organic brand has us raving. Not only did Marta and Shyema see results, but they were impressed by the amount of thought that went into making this have an EWG rating of zero while still being effective. Combined with some pretty potent ingredients, there's no doubt this one will stay in our showers for the time being.
