Omojo Anti-Age Collagen Serum- reader reviewed and rejected

I’m a fan of anti-aging serums, and especially love the promise of anything that will smooth wrinkles and maintain my youthful glow. Hence, the reason why I happily tried Omojo’s Anti-Age Collagen Serum, a serum that promises pure marine ingredients to help keep skin soft and firm.

The verdict: after six weeks of usage, I didn’t notice any difference. I found the dispenser (which first appealed to me with its clear natural-looking bottle) to become difficult to pump over time. As a result, I’d often use more than the prescribed one to two drops.

While the consistency is nice – a clear, very light formulation – it also felt like I had nothing more on my skin than a layer of water. There’s simply nothing remarkable about this product. And, at the end of the day, the fact that there was no diminishing of any fine lines (I had only used it on half my face for comparison’s sake) or surge in my complexion, makes this a definite “thumbs down” for anyone’s beauty arsenal.

Ingredients: Demineralized water, hydrolyzed collagen, glycerin, 1.3-butanediol, Seaweed Extracts, Extracts Squalene, Vitamin A, Jojoba Oil soluble in water, chrysanthemum Cellulose, Allantoin, stroke, hydroxymethyl-Benzene, RH-40, Diethylamine , Hexyl Benzoate hydroxybenzoyl, Hyaluronic Acid, EDTA-2Na
