Osmotics Pink Ribbon Collection

Is a Solution for:
Thinning Hair & Shedding
Reviewed by Marta October 18, 2010 3 Comments
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Osmotics (with whom we produced our iPhone app) has put together the Pink Ribbon Collection for its FNS range of hair serum, conditioner and shampoo - all in the TIA shop ($119 of value). This is for thinning hair and to aid hair regrowth. FNS Serum was developed with cancer doctors and majors on amino acids. There are 18 amino acids in human hair and they are all here in the serum.

In addition, there is an antioxidant favorite of Osmotics, tetrahydrocurcumin and plenty of B vitamins: B6 (pyridoxine), Myo-insitol, which has been shown to strengthen the cells of the hair, helping it to retain moisture, serving as a humectant and anti-static agent, niacinamide, thiamine and riboflavin (B2).

FNS Revitalizing Shampoo and Conditioner are all about vitamins. Laminaria cloustonii is kelp and an antioxidant, as well as a source of vitamin E. There are several other vitamins including C and niacin, a member of the B family and associated with hair growth. Beta carotene from carrot is a precursor to vitamin E and A. Cucumber is a source of natural silica, essential for healthy hair.

They all work great with chemically colored hair.

Hi Deb, I found that it certainly made my hair color look bright. Shine? Yes, somewhat. But not what I'd call a glossy look. Its function is to help hair grow but it does make it look as though it has much more body from the get go.

I just started using this shampoo and conditioner last week because my hair was falling out excessively in the shower. With only one week of use, I have noticed a dramatic difference. Can't wait to see how well it performs longterm.
