Reader reviewed and rejected: EmerginC Multivitamin + Retinol

September 9, 2008 Reviewed by TIA Community Member 3 Comments
EmerginC Multivitamin + Retinol Serum has made a cocktail of basic, healthy ingredients for the skin. It is helpful towards getting a healthy face, but perhaps overdressed with its fancy bottle and clear gel with little colored balls encapsulated inside.

I expected more from a product that costs $79. At least, I expected something. It just didn't do anything. I applied it as directed, but my skin didn't seem to feel different, smoother, moisturized, or anything else.

The green tea, retinol, vitamins A, B, C, E, F, H are healthy and important, don't get me wrong. I just didn't find hydration, environmental protection or reduced signs of aging. This product is certainly not something I would use or buy.

Marta adds: there is a second bottle out there with a reader, so check back in to see if it gets better marks.

What ever happened with the second reviewer? There's a clothing store in my neighborhood in Amsterdam that sells this brand and it's highly touted on their website.

Out of curiosity, how long were you able to use it for?
