Reviewed and rejected: Wei East Pomegranate Exfoliating Grains

Is a Solution for:
Dull Skin, Oily Skin

When I saw an article in a magazine that suggested pairing the Clarisonic face and body brush with Wei East's Pomegranate Exfoliator, I thought now there's an idea: my favorite beauty device (Clarisonic) and a proven powerful anti-oxidant (pomegranate) in one. I immediately checked out Wei's exfoliator grains, which come in little packets can be added to water or a cleanser. I shall pass.

There are only five ingredients (which would normally be a relief) and the main one is polyethelene. Now this is plastic (polythene, unscientifically, to us Brits). In a fine granular form, this is often used in scrubs. Two others are preservatives and another is a thickener.

I think I'll stick to my Japanese charcoal cleanser.
