Have you ever caught your reflection in a window or mirror, took a second look, and cringed, thinking, “Does that neck belong to me?” Does the word “turkey” make you feel self-conscious? I’m in my late 50s, and I am not ready to wear high collars and scarves for the rest of my life or walk around with my neck stretched out like a turtle. So, needless to say, I was very excited when I was given the opportunity to try Nectifirm by Revision Skincare ($58-$65). Could this finally be the solution to my neck problem?According to the Revision Skincare website, Nectifirm is for firming the neck and décolletage. They say: “96% of patients experienced a firmer neck with Nectifirm. This best-selling neck cream contains plant extracts, antioxidants, and unique biotechnological blends that work cohesively to create a smoother, firmer, younger-looking neck. It helps the skin appear more firm and lifted, reduces the appearance of rough, crepey skin, and lessens the look of fine lines and wrinkles.”

The website gives the ingredient highlights:

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (baker’s yeast), Palmitoyl Oligopeptide and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-6 help the skin appear more firm and lifted.

Algae Extracts help the skin retain moisture and elasticity.

Ceramide 2 enhances water retention and reduces skin dryness.

Bamboo, Silica, English Pea Extract and Glucosamine smooth skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Dihydromyricetin (from wax myrtle shrub) reduces the appearance of rough, crepey skin.

Vitamins C and E help skin appear brighter and more even toned.

The cream is packaged in a 1.7-ounce jar and comes with a small spatula. The consistency is creamy, not heavy or oily, with a slight fragrance. It applies smoothly and absorbs quickly, leaving no greasy feel afterward.

For the past month, I have applied Nectifirm morning and night after cleansing, using upward strokes from my décolletage to my chin. My goal was to see a firmer, less crepey, smoother, younger-looking neck. Wow, that sounds like a lot to ask for! What I can tell you is that within a month, I have seen improvements in all areas. My “rings” are less pronounced. The texture of my skin is smoother and firmer and softer. My neck has certainly improved. And as a testament, I have even worn my hair up off my neck and not felt the least bit self-conscious! As far as seeing my décolletage appearing brighter or more even toned, I did not see these results.

I am very encouraged to continue to use Nectifirm and am anxious to see if my improvements continue. This is the most effective neck treatment that I have ever used. Revision has lived up to its claims for me! I am so thankful that I was able to try Nectifirm.
