Sagging Skin

For a limited period we are offering 20% off this rich, yet light, cream that I can (and do) use just about anywhere that craves moisturizing (now $77 rather than $95 in the TIA shop). As our reviewer Summer said, it lives up to its word and, providing that you are a dabber, rather than a slatherer, a little goes a long way and its a great winter moisturizer with some very potent antiagers (a good neck cream too).

There’s usually something interesting in SenZen’s formulations and Infinity is no exception. For all you peptide-files, this is one to look out for: caprooyl tetrapeptide-3 (it also goes by the name ChroNOline). Tetrapeptide-3 boosts the production of collagen VII, laminin-5 and fibronectin for structural support, while reducing wrinkles and lines. According to the manufacturer (there’s never an independent research on these peptides), it increases collagen lll by 34% as well as laminin production by 26% and laminin 5 by 49%. Laminins are proteins that are the structural foundations of most cells and organs and are vital for the survival of tissue.  Actually, if I did nothing else, I should probably be looking out for my laminins. They are critical for cell attachment and differentiation, shape and movement.

Tetrapeptide-3 is also supposed to be pretty good at beefing up fibronectin (by 60% apparently). Fibronectin funtions in ways that are similar to laminins. However, it also plays a crucial in wound healing and decreased levels are associated with various cancers.  It was established in the early 80s that it is critical to healthy skin.

Like all SenZen products, this antiaging moisturizer uses liposomes to deliver the products’ vitamins and other nutrients.

A signature SenZen ingredient is heobroma grandiflorum, commonly called copuacu, a South American tree that contains nine flavenoid antioxidants including quercetin. We also like the inclusion of Phosphatidylcholine. The essential fatty acids contained within Phosphatidylcholine assist in manufacturing and repairing cell membranes, and “Omega-3s are used in the formation of cell walls, making them supple and flexible.

Isn't Laureth-7 just a fancy way to say sodium laurel sulfate? and having a perfume in a product is not so great. I would stick with La Vie Celeste. It's a simpler formula and I can always pick up a concentrated peptide serum.

Isanna - it is much richer than LVC's. Personally, I prefer SenZen. I think a younger skin might prefer LVC.

Ha, you'll have to cancel your oder with OpenSky and reorder it.
