Ferulic acid is a wonderful ingredient. It is an antioxidant that generously goes out of its way to make other antioxidants even more potent. Found in the cell walls of plants, ferulic acid can seek and destroy several different types of free radicals. It is more powerful than vitamin C and vitamin E, and it actually elevates the actions of both these ingredients. While the FDA won’t let us call it a sunscreen, it can also prevent UV damage. A total skin win. Ferulic acid remains a fairly uncommon ingredient, but discerning formulators are beginning to make use of it. So much so that I am now able to do my first ever Five Best.
Ao Skincare Restore Serum
