Trying to come to terms with Dermapril-SP

Is a Solution for:
Sagging Skin

There is so much of interest in Dermapril-SP with matrixyl 3000 that I thought I should get hold of a bottle for myself. So I went to the Dermapril web site and found that buying this potion is a lot like joining one of those book clubs in the 1970s.

The 'free' trial isn't quite free since you have to pay $5.95 for shipping. You get 14 days to decide whether you like Dermapril enough to keep it and to be automatically enrolled in a program in which $69.95 plus another $5.95 is deducted from your credit card once a month, in return for a bottle of Dermapril.

Even assuming that Dermapril honors its promise to allow me to cancel at any time, I have a problem with the scheme for a number of reasons. First, 14 days isn't really long enough to get a good measure of a cream and whether its effects are anything other than superficial. Secondly, its a hassle to get out of the scheme. You have to call them, wait to get an email, then package up the rejected bottle, trot down to the post office and pay another five bucks to send it back. I wonder how many people end up staying in the program as a result of inertia.

Thirdly, I think $75.95 (over $900 a year) is quite a lot to fork out every month. Especially for a potion that doesn't strike me as outstanding. Whilst Dermapril does have matrixyl 3000, a very good antioxidant, it also has about 20 ingredients that I would describe as padding (emulsifiers, silcones and the like). I think I'll pass.

Full terms and conditions for the Dermapril trial:

Enroll Now and receive a full-size Trial Pump of Dermapril-SP, paying $5.95 for Shipping & Handling. Try Dermapril-SP risk-free during the 14 day Trial Period and if you are satisfied, simply do nothing and you'll be billed $69.95 after the Trial Period to cover the price of the Trial Pump. If for any reason you decide that Dermapril-SP is not for you, simply call 888-727-4445 during the Trial Period to cancel your order. You will then receive an email from us, instructing you where to send the unused portion of the Trial Pump (even if it's empty!). There will then be no additional charges whatsoever.

In addition, if you decide to keep your Trial Pump, you will receive free membership to the Dermapril Delivery Rewards Program. That means that you'll continue to get a fresh 30-day supply of Dermapril-SP every 30 days for the low price of $69.95 + $5.95 shipping and handling. Also, you can easily change how often we send shipments to you to suit your usage of the product. Cancel anytime.

A better bet is to buy it from Amazon.com

I also ordered dermapril was charged the shipping fee of 1.50, so I thought. When I got my bill there was 2 charges on it for 50.00 each, still havent figured it all out. I also received this product the day that the trial period ended. This makes no sense, this company is making legitimate companies look bad.

I also paid 3.99 for a free trial, received it, and after only a few days at most, got a call from the Wells Fargo Fraud department, asking about it and saying that they were trying to charge me another $79. I called them and told them to cancel me, but they said I'd agreed to pay. I told them that I hadn't, and had only ordered a free sample.
I believe that this is a ripoff operation, and I will fight it.

I wish I had read all the negatives about ordering the sample dermapril. I am in a mess I have been billed twice. My credit card co. took the first charges off of my balance. But now I have another charge.Does anyone have any sugestions on how to end this mess aside from canceling the credit card?
I do not ever order free samples but thought this was a good deal. I along with many others sure got scammed.
I got my information for ordering on CNN.

Yes, a scam. I too have been led in a fruitless search for justice. Also, they seem to have given my info to another product I have never heard of. I was charged $83.18 plus shipping for something called Pure Berry Max that I did not order, and never received anything. This phone # 866-594-4537 only gives a dead end and no human to speak to. This is pure theft and outrageous. There must be some remedy. There is no address anywhere. The BBB complaint cannot be processed without an address. These products were advertised on shows such as Oprah and 60 Minutes. How can they tolerate such unethical advertising and theft. I won't ever again watch those shows unless they do something about the false advertising and cheating.

YES. IT IS A SCAM. I AM IN THE SAME POSITION AS PATTI. I CONTINUED TO BE CHARGED FOR CREAM AFTER I CANCELLED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND. I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE 2ND PUMP OF CREAM THEY BILLED ME FOR! CALLS, EMAILS GO NOWHERE. I AM FURIOUS AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE.
