Ulittlebeauty All Washed Up Foaming Cleanser is so good that I have bought it twice, which is very rare for me. It lives in the shower and my husband even likes using it!

It is really gentle, which has been very important for me at the moment because I’ve been going through a stressful phase that has had my psoriasis flaring up even on my face at times.

I love using the cleanser! The pump pack releases a foamy handful of bubbles that can be massaged straight into the skin without adding water because it is the first ingredient and that creates the foamy effect. I don’t mind that this is the case and even though the product must be quite diluted (it is a thin liquid in a pump pack) because it is so cheap ($19.95 AUS 150ml) and does a great job of cleansing without irritating my very delicate skin.

The Ulittlebeauty skincare line claims that their products are made from certified organic and natural ingredients, that their products are not tested on animals and contain no artificial preservatives, colours or fragrances, no animal derived ingredients or petrochemicals.

The reason I believe my skin loves “All Washed Up” is because it uses one of the gentlest cleaning agents, decyl glucoside, to do the work. It contains calendula extract, and aloe leaf juice to calm my inflammation, promote collagen and help heal my skin. It also has Kakadu plum extract, which is native to Australia and is naturally high in vitamin C.

It has to be said that not all the ingredients are certified organic; for example, the lavender oil, Kakadu plum extract and rosemary leaf extract. I also am unclear as to who has certified the ingredients that are organic. In the cosmetic industry in Australia we haven’t really got the certified organic thing sorted out properly yet, so I always debate the certification promised.

The verdict-

Ulittlebeauty All Washed Up is great for a person with sensitive skin. It smells great, cleans well, is in a fun package, doesn’t irritate and is cheap – this means that in my opinion, it is a little beauty! I wonder if their other products are as good.
