I was asked to review the Vered Anti-Aging Face Treatment Oil ($118) and the Vered Anti-Wrinkle Eye Treatment ($68). I used both oils for several weeks. I traded off with the facial oils I normally use so that I’d get a good comparison. The description on the Vered website for the Anti-Aging Face Treatment says the following about the face oil: Herb-infused oil that is extremely high in antioxidants, therapeutic essential oils, and omega fatty acids. It is highly nourishing for normal, dehydrated, mature or dull skin. The oils used in the formula are all “therapeutic-grade” essential oils and organic herbs. The description on the Vered website for the Anti-Wrinkle Eye Treatment says the following about the eye treatment: Effective for dry, mature, sensitive or UV-damaged skin. The oils had a lovely, earthy scent probably due to the primrose, rosewood, jasmine and vanilla that are in the mix of the facial oil, and the lavender and rose in the eye treatment. The color is golden and the consistency is not too thick. I used them mostly at night but a few times during the day as well.

I am 54 with now dry skin, and have taken pretty good care of it since I was a teen (though I grew up on the shore, so I had too much sun time). I have only a few wrinkles and am told that I do not look my age, but I definitely don’t have the elasticity I used to. Something I look for with skin treatments is to wake up in the morning or after a full day and have my face feel moisturized and supple, and to avoid the “oh my!” feeling when I look in the mirror.

The Vered oils did a pretty good job. They are not inexpensive so I actually expected more. My face was soft to the touch and felt hydrated on the surface but I can’t say the oils “wowed” me. I try to use products with healthful ingredients that are as organic as possible, which the Vered oils are. I have been using my own mixture of essential oils for years (both on my face and body), I and didn’t see or feel much difference when using Vered’s. I am always looking for great skincare, but for me the Vered products are not worth the expense when there are many other organic options to choose from.

Hi Marta, actually Anastasia and I are sisters and both use Vered Organic Botanicals. We found this review online and had to say something in response because we both love the products and also because its the first negative review of Vered products we have ever seen on line or from ppl that we get Vered products for.
We appreciate your honesty and had to put our two cents in because we both think these products are truly amazing!

Hi Kat and Annastasia, I assume you must know each other since your comments have been posted from the exact same IP address within a few moments. Are you one person posting under multiple names, or two people from the same office. It makes me wonder if you are entirely independent. Or perhaps you are working for Vered?

Vered Organic Botanicals is my favorite line by far. I use it for the last year and a half. I love the smell, the texture, the clean ingredients, the amazing essential oils, and the way my skin feels transformed.
It is the first time that I use a line that my boyfriend actually loves and uses as well.

I am very surprised to read these reviews. I have been using Vered's products as long as they have been out on the market.
I have acne prone and sensitive skin and I have never found a product line that works for me the way Vere'ds products do; not just to soothe the inflammation in my skin but also to make my skin feels balanced, nourished and completely moisturized. Even the small wrinkles around my eyes have disappeared.
I recommend Vered's products to everyone I know who uses skin care. I even get her products for friends overseas in different countries. They all say the same thing, they have never tried any products quite like it.
And the price is totally worth it because her oils last me between 3-6 months.
And if you really do understand ingredients and what they do for the skin, you would know that using Vered's skin care is like feeding your skin the most quality, clean and pure food you can find.

Thank you for your review Ellen. I've also been trying out Vered. the Herb-Infused Toner was too strong for my sensitive skin. Meanwhile the Signature-scent Body Oil is nice enough, but I didn't feel that it did much for me.
