Youngblood Incredible Wear Gel Liner ($21) is a creamy, richly pigmented, long-wearing gel eyeliner. I tested the black color and it is intense, deep, rich and lasts all day.  It's surprisingly thin, lightweight, and creamy – but still has the pigmentation you'd expect from a gel eyeliner.  It's a great black but next time would choose a dark brown.  I have dark brown hair but since my lids are a little droopier than when I was younger, a softer color looks better on me.

This liner glides on evenly and can be used to create a fine, subtle line or a heavier line for added drama.  I've worn lots of different types of liner and found Youngblood's to be very easy to work with - but if you haven't used cream liners, it takes practice to apply a "no-wiggle" line.  After allowing it to dry, it is smudge-proof.

This liner is very water-resistant so one must use a good oil-based eye makeup cleanser.  This isn't a problem because with the right product you can moisturize at the same time.  Absolutely no negative results, except that I need a softer color that will make my eyes seem more open and fresh. Because I am very careful about cleaning my make-up brushes after each use, I had no build up on my liner brush and that helps prevent any flaking on the eye lids.

All in all, this has been a non-irritating, lovely product that does indeed provide the incredible wear that is in its name!

I am including a list of the ingredients here but cannot really comment on them, except to say that they seem to be common in other eye liner brands, as well.
