I was asked to review YBF's Antioxidants Concentrate Serum ($65 in the TIA shop). First off, the container is very sleek-looking pump which releases just the right amount of product. The serum is an extremely lightweight white liquid. Yes, I said liquid. So much so that it was quite runny. I'm used to using cream-based serums or oils so it took a bit of getting used this one.
This serum has a pleasant fruity scent which is a plus if you're into aromatherapy. After my first use of the serum, my face broke out in small whiteheads. I'm not sure if this was an allergic reaction, but they went away after a few days.
I used this serum for about 5 weeks and I’m sad to say that it didn’t do much for my skin. My skin is normal to dry so perhaps the consistency was not the right match for me. I could see this working well for someone with normal to oily skin.
