Your Best Face Prep Microdermabrasion ($80 in the shop)

I would first like to start by saying how balanced this facial scrub is. The particles are fine enough so they do not tear the epidermis. Also I noticed, In the morning when I was in a rush, I could take a cloth with water and it would come right off.  Other facial scrubs will not easily come off unless you were in the shower.  This one comes right off so it kind of makes you want to use it as part of your regimen.

My skin felt extremely clean and I felt a little more confident that all my make-up was removed unlike other product that you have to wonder. In addition, my skin glowed.

Everything was perfect about this product except one thing:  I had trouble opening and closing the lid of the jar.  Other than that I definitely will be purchasing this again.  I found the consistency to be balanced and my skin loved it.

I find Prep to be so versatile. Great of course as a microdermabrasion scrub but I like to use it in combination with other products or ingredients too.
I add some Tilvee mask powder or some yogurt or other DIY ingredient. My favorite is to put LaVie Celeste facial cleaner on and then add a smidge of Prep to the nose, mouth, forehead, neck, or whatever area needs a bit extra but not a full scrub. Skin feels very clean but also soft and glowy.

I loved Suki until I tried Prep. Prep's crystals are much finer and more gentle on my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. The Suki can actually scratch my skin and make it red and irritated if I don't dissolve the crystals enough. But by the time they are dissolved, I feel like the exfoliating properties have been diluted or negated. Along with Prep's finer grade of crystal, the formula just nourishes my skin in the same way other YBF products do. I hope this helps a little bit!

Ha, Prep and the Suki exfoliator are not really the same thing. Suki is a cleansing scrub. Prep is trying to replicate the experience of having a salon microdermabrasion treatment and deliver antiaging ingredients. For someone in their 20s, Prep would be overkill.

How does this compare to Suki? Can anyone answer? the price is double of Suki's. Wondering if it's worth it..

YBF is consistently "fine" in making facial products of quality. Prep is the only exfoliator I've found that I CAN and do use with confidence knowing I am not harming the fragile skin of my aging face and neck. Even, perhaps, doing some good. I use it sparingly and not often, but I feel like I've taken my face through a "detail job" when I'm finishing using it. I agree it's texture is perfect. ~jk
