Zinn Anti-aging cream- reviewed and recommended
I should add that my hunch is that you are more likely to be in your 30s or 40s seeing the first signs of aging. I say this because I found Zinn’s moisturizer to be a little lightweight for my 50-something skin. This was a little surprising because the Zinn experience has so far been on the rich side. I absolutely love Zinn’s body lotion for its nourishing silky-smooth imparting richness. And one reviewer found Zinn’s cleansing milk too rich (at least during the height of a hot summer). Against the rest of the line-up the Anti-Aging Cream seems to have been formulated with an anomalously light touch.
It worked best for me as a moisturizer overlayed on the Regeniskin EGF serum that Julie Kay put us on to and that, like her, I’ve been trying on my hands. I found that together they packed something close to the punch I needed. For younger, less needy skins that are just embarking on their anti-aging odyssey, it will prove to be a worthwhile and financially modest (relatively) investment.
A quick reprise on the ingredients starting, of course, with argan oil. Most research is on its consumption rather than topical application, but it is known to be packed with fatty acids and vitamin E, likely to help maintain skin health. Rosehip oil and sunflower have similar properties. The chosen preservative (dehydroacetic acid) is relatively benign towards humans, although I’m not keen on the inclusion of linalool.
Finally, those with sensitive snouts will be pleased to note that Zinn’s Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream is virtually fragrance free, despite the palmarosa oil (cymbopogon).
