At Truth In Aging, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. We advise all of our customers to read and understand our Shipping Policy prior to making a purchase.
Order Processing Times
The vast majority of products in the shop are in-stock and will ship within 1-2 business days.
If an ordered product is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified via email. We receive regular replenishment shipments from our suppliers every week and all backordered items normally ship within 7 business days.
If you would like to inquire about the availability of a specific item, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
If you have both in-stock and out-of-stock items in your order, in-stock items may be shipped separately at the customer’s request. To request this, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that international customers requesting separate shipments will incur a second shipping charge.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
1. Domestic Shipping
All orders within the U.S. ship for FREE via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which delivers in 4-6 business days. UPS Ground and Second Day Air domestic shipping are available at $5.95 and $16.95 respectively.
2. International customers in European Union and United Kingdom
We are proud to announce a newly opened distribution center in the UK, from which all the orders from the European Union are being fulfilled.
a. Orders from United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail and delivered within 3-5 business days for only $12.95 (~8.50 British Pounds Sterling).
b. Shipping for European Union orders costs only $19.95 (~15 euros) with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days.
All products shipped from the European Union are subject to 20% VAT, which the customer is required to pay at checkout. This covers VAT and other Customs Duties with no other hidden fees. Some products are not available for the Discounted Royal Mail Rate which is indicated on each product page. Those products are generally fulfilled by and shipped from our US warehouse.
All Orders over $200 are eligible for FREE international Shipping. This FREE Royal Mail method is set up as an option at the checkout, when your cart is over $200.
3. International Shipping
- USPS Expedited Priority Mail International - Canada. This shipping method ensures a delivery within 7-15 business days for customers in Canada for only $17.95 flat rate.
- USPS Expedited Priority Mail International - Asia, Australia, Africa. International orders from Australia, Asia and Africa are delivered within 13-25 business days and it costs only $29.95 flat; an International Tracking Number is available. Lost orders sent to international customers via USPS are not eligible for refund or replacement.
All Orders over $200 are eligible for FREE international Shipping. This FREE USPS Expedited Priority Mail International shipping method is set up as an option at the checkout, when your cart is over $200.
We know how important for some of you to receive your presents on time before Christmas. The dates below represent the latest you can place orders at Truth In Aging Shop to be delivered by December 25th:
-Free shipping and UPS Ground (US only) - December 18th
-UPS 2nd Day Air (US Only) - December 20th (by 3pm EST)
-USPS Priority Mail International - December 13th
-Royal Mail, United Kingdom - December 20th
-Royal Mail, European Union - December 9th
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS or UPS tracking number. Visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com to track your package. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com, quoting your full name and order number, and we’ll send it to you.
If you have any special requirements or comments regarding your shipment, you may add these to the ‘Customer Comments’ text box at checkout. Our Shipping Department will receive these comments directly. Alternatively, please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing your order, quoting your full name and order numbre.
Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties for International Shipments
If your order is shipped overseas you may be charged additional customs fees, taxes or duties by your local government and /or postal service. These charges are associated with the import of an item into another country and are assessed by the customs department of your home country. They are completely outside of our control and Truth In Aging may not predict, influence, or be held accountable for these charges.
If you do not wish to pay the additional fees associated with your order, you may refuse the package and it will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the order, your item(s) will be refunded to your account minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that packages can take several weeks to be returned to us.
If an international customer returns an item for whatever reason, we will not reimburse them for any part of any customs fees incurred.

Lost Packages - Domestic
If your package is lost, please reach out directly to the shipping vendor:

Please provide your tracking number so that the courier may work with you to ensure the successful delivery of your package.
Lost Packages - International
If you are oversees and selected one of the UPS shipping methods, undelivered packages may be returned to our warehouse. In that case, we will contact you and verify your address to reship (additional shipping fees may apply) or refund your order (minus a 10% restocking fee). In order to obtain some additional information about your package, please contact International Department of UPS.
If you are oversees and selected the ‘USPS First Class International’ shipping method, this shipping method is not insured and does not include a tracking number. We can, however, provide you with a customs declaration number (contact us at email@example.com to request this). This is not the same as a tracking number, but may be used when communicating with your local post office, or the mail courier who handles USPS packages in your country, regarding a particular package. They may be able to provide additional information or locate the package at their facility. Truth in Aging is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
While delivery times may vary depending on the region, we encourage all international customers to wait for at least 8 weeks before reporting a problem as packages sometimes may get delayed while in transit or clearing the international customs.
