It’s that time of the year when we all want to be “in the Black” as we file our taxes. Maintaining fiscal fitness by staying in status quo balance or coming out ahead with a sweet net gain. The same can be said when it comes to preserving skin and keeping it healthy and acting younger than our actual physical age. Making a commitment to turn back time and stay ahead of the upward aging curve. Keep me “in the Black” is my motto, and by that I mean BRAD Biophotonic “Black” (as in lavishing my skin with my new favorite moisturizing serum) Essential Elixir Hydrating Hyaluronic Infusion Serum ($95).
Over the last year I have become hooked on BRAD Essential Elixir Multi-Peptide Youth Regenerating Serum. I apply it after the Hydrating Hyaluronic Infusion Serum and follow with BRAD Ultra Elastin Sculpting Firming Cream Complex. I follow this routine in the morning and evening and one time daily I also apply the E’shee KI Therapy Elixir of Life Serum, which goes on my skin first before the BRAD products.
The super moisturization I get with the Essential Elixir Hydrating Hyaluronic Infusion Serum is incredible and my skin feels softer and is noticeably more taut. The surface is smooth with no bumps, blemishes or dry patches. The scent is addictive. It reminds me of a fresh ocean breeze or the invigorating smell of a chlorine-clean swimming pool. An aquatic-like experience that wakens the senses without being strong or emitting time-released spurts of fragrance that can hover and over-stimulate your sniffer.
My skin reacts well to the BRAD Biophotonic line of products, and they seem to be a good fit for treating my 50-plus skin. I have noticed a definite difference in the texture, tone and clarity of my skin. Both of the Essential Elixir serums I have been using work so well together. The Hydrating Hyaluronic Infusion Serum contains “Star Power” antioxidants such as vitamins A, C and E, green tea and multiple amino acids. Hyaluronic acid and peptides are proven and powerful game changers, and I don’t want to go a day without them nourishing and repairing my skin.
The size of the bottle is larger than most (1.7 ounces) when it comes to serums. The majority of serums on the market seem to be 1 ounce or .5 ounce in size. The dropper in the bottle is also significantly larger and so easy to handle — especially for those like myself who don’t have the steadiest of hands (like in the morning when my caffeine buzz kicks in). The bottle is sturdy and well-engineered unlike any other serum I have ever used. It just embodies the look and feel of top-shelf, black-tie quality.
The price point of $95 is not overly rich considering the quantity and the superior mix of anti-aging and collagen boosting ingredients. I don’t mind spending a little more money on “good” skincare if it really and truly works.
As I continue to use the Essential Elixir Hydrating Hyaluronic Infusion Serum and the other stellar BRAD products, I am more and more pleased and overwhelmed with the results. I would encourage and am calling all skincare enthusiasts to get on the “BRADwagon.” Yep, I gotta say that I am mad about BRAD!
