While your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we understand that sometimes you may not enjoy your selections. For this reason, we encourage all of Truth In Aging customers to read and understand our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase. At Truth In Aging, we invest more than any other website into giving our customers objective and in-depth information to help them make the right purchase decision. We encourage you to learn about a product before you buy it and Customer Service (email@example.com) will be pleased to answer any questions.
If you are not happy with a product, simply return it for a full refund. Products can only be refunded and cannot be exchanged. Items must have a minimum of 50% of the contents and all original packaging to qualify, and must be returned within 30 days of when it was shipped to you. Shipping fees, both to and from you, are nonrefundable, unless the return was made as a result of our error.
EXCLUSIONS: Color cosmetics and clearance items are not eligible for return. Items purchased using a promotional discount are only eligible for store credit. Any gifts or promotional items shipped with your order must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.
BRAND EXCLUSIONS: Please note the following brands are final sale and not eligible for returns: Sevani Botanica, Your Best Face.
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your full name, order #, and the item(s) you would like to return. This will help us ensure proper processing of your return and avoid any delays. Customer Service will respond within 2 business days with full return instructions. You will be given a Return Authorization Number.
Items must be returned to Truth In Aging within 14 days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number.
We recommend that all items be returned to us via an insured, traceable method. Truth In Aging is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 30 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is received and processed. Refunds are not eligible for items arriving without return authorization numbers.
Truth In Aging reserves the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned without an Return Authorization Number or when due process has not been followed. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
Truth In Aging does not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com for details on how to return your item. When your item is received, a refund will be issued to your account in accordance with our Refund Policy (above). You may purchase a new item(s) from the Truth In Aging shop at any time.
Items that are purchased at a discounted price during a weekly promotion or storewide sale are not eligible for return.
Items that are located in the CLEARANCE section of the site have been deeply discounted for you. As a result, they are sold as FINAL SALE and may not be returned for a refund. Items in the CLEARANCE can be viewed here: http://www.truthinaging.com/sale/outlet.
At Truth In Aging, we offer a variety of duos, bundles and value sets that allow the customer to save 15% by purchasing items together. Items from these sets may be returned individually, however, a refund will only be issued for the discounted purchase price (i.e. 15% off) of each individual item. Truth In Aging will at times offer a free gift with purchase. If the item purchased is returned for a refund, the gift with purchase must also be returned in new and unopened condition. Truth In Aging reserves the right to deduct the value of all free gifts not returned, or returned in unsatisfactory condition, from the refund amount.
In cases where a free gift is received for orders over a certain amount, provided that the total of the products kept is equal to or more than the eligible amount, the free gift may be retained by the customer for no charge.
If you are experiencing a problem with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. In your email, please provide as much detail as you can about your issue, including your order # and the name of the product(s) you have concerns with.
To help us better serve you, we advise you to not discard or ship back any items until Customer Care has contacted you (within 2 business days). Return shipping costs will be refunded if a return is a result of our error (including damaged products, defective products, or incorrect shipments). As a result, we ask you to please include a return shipping receipt in with your package.
Once the return is received back in our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Provided that the claim is validated, the customer may be issued with a replacement item (if available), or a full refund (including all shipping fees).
At Truth In Aging, we endeavor to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We continually receive replenishment shipments of popular products, in addition to special ordering certain items which may be shipped from us, or directly from our suppliers. Because our warehouse operates in this way, it is not always possible for us to cancel an order in our system, regardless of whether or not it has been dispatched.
If you would like to cancel or adjust an order you have placed, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please provide your full name, order # and full details of what you would like to do. A Customer Care representative will be in touch with you and we will endeavor, wherever possible, to modify your order.
Please note that, if you order has already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any adjustments at that point. Upon receipt of your order, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.

If your skin tends to be sensitive, we always recommend a patch test. To carry out a patch test, simply pour or squeeze out a little of the product onto a saucer dish. Dab a small amount on the pulse of your wrist or the crook of your elbow and leave the area unwashed for a period of 24 hours. During this time, watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Typical signs will include redness, a rash, any form of breakouts on the skin, itchiness, pain, flaking etc. Some people may also experience nausea or respiratory reactions. If any of these signs present themselves, please discontinue use and contact your physician or the manufacturer for further guidance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items back outside of the 30-day returns policy if you are sensitive to some of the ingredients, or have had an allergic reaction. We would, however, be happy to suggest alternative products for you; please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
